Trained at YogaWorks in Santa Monica known for their hybrid of Iyengar and Ashtanga styled teachings, I focus on alignment and anatomy. The intention of my practice is to find strength through stability and healing through elongation with the help of deep breathing. I approach the practice with longevity and sustainability in mind.
