Hybrid role of fashion and brand storytelling at Uniqlo, I am proud of my work as a cultural activator.

My role was to come up with new ideas for collaborations with highly regarded artists and institutions under the partnership with MoMA and Disney and delivering products from start to finish creating a cultural buzz.

Uniqlo x MoMA Supergeometric

Inspired by the minimalist artists at the MoMA, Uniqlo SPRZ NY created a SUPERGEOMETRIC collection featuring essential elements of geometry with lines and shapes - and their potential to take on new forms. For SS17, SPRZ NY partnered with masters of geometric form, including Sol Lewitt, Anni and Josef Albers, François Morellet, Max Bill, Gego, Gordon Walters to revisit and re-envision geometric shapes in abstract art.

Uniqlo x Disney: Magic for All

Celebrating the opening of a flagship store in Shanghai in partnership with Disney.
Uniqlo ran a global campaign of “Magic for All”.

Uniqlo x MoMA: Only in NY

Launched the global “Only in New York” collection featuring Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Keith Haring. In addition to art takeaways, videos, and digital content, we created multiple touch points for the collection: a custom photo booth installation inspired by artist self-portraits at both the New York’s flagship store and MoMA, an immersive environment featuring Keith Haring’s iconic characters, and a live drawing event with contemporary artist Jason Polan.

At Aéropostale, I launched Aero One, the brand’s first-ever gender-neutral collection inspired by love and equality.

As a Designer at AEO/Aerie,

my role was to inspire senior leadership to bring awareness to the realistic needs of young fashion. Helped launch #LiveYourLife and #AerieReal, casting real people as models - setting a groundbreaking culture of diversity in marketing to this day.

As a Design Consultant & Creative Director,

I worked with prestigious brands like Toraya Japan, a top Japanese confectionery company that has been in the business for nearly 500 years. I helped update its tradition-rich brand to keep pace with modern retail market trends by refreshening it with a bold brand identity and by introducing their traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi) to the U.S. Market - specifically in New York and Washington D.C.
